Fire Systems
We specialize in installing both conventional and addressable fire systems tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you require a basic setup or a more complex solution, our expert team is committed to delivering top-tier systems that ensure your safety and peace of mind.

All our installations are SAQC approved.

Conventional System
A hard-wired system where detectors, call points, and sounders are connected in zones (circuits).
Each zone covers a specific area of the building (e.g., Zone 1 = offices, Zone 2 = warehouse, Zone 3 = kitchen).
When a detector or call point is triggered, the control panel shows which zone has the alarm, but not the exact device.

Advantages:
-
Cost-effective (cheaper than addressable systems).
-
Simple to install and maintain.
-
Reliable for small to medium-sized buildings.
Addressable System
In an addressable system, each device (smoke detector, heat detector, call point, sounder, etc.) has its own unique digital address. When an alarm is triggered, the control panel shows exactly which device and where it is located (e.g., “Smoke Detector – Room 2, 1st Floor”).

Advantages:
-
Pinpoint accuracy – tells you exactly which detector or device is in alarm.
-
Faster response – saves time for fire marshals, security, or fire services.
-
Easier maintenance – faults and issues can be traced to a single device.
-
Scalable & flexible – easier to expand or reconfigure than conventional systems.
-
Programmable logic – can set custom responses (e.g., doors unlock, lifts ground, fans shut down).
