Where required for security services, we may also process CCTV footage, images, vehicle registration details, access-control records, alarm activations, incident reports and NOC communication records.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide security services, manage client accounts, communicate with authorised representatives, respond to security incidents and comply with legal, contractual and operational requirements.

JD Elliott Security will not sell your personal information. Information may only be shared with authorised employees, technicians, NOC operators, service providers, managing agents, armed response, SAPS, insurers or legal representatives where necessary and lawful.

CCTV footage, snapshots, alerts and security-related information must be treated as confidential and may not be shared, published or forwarded without proper authorisation.
